- Individual customers only (corporate applicants are not eligible).
- Applicants must own real estate to be used as collateral (property owned by a family member is also acceptable) and have a stable ability to repay.
An identity document is required for the pre-screening application.
Real estate-related documents will also be required at the time of full application.

The following real estate-related documents will be required at the time of full application.
- Certificate of Registered Matters for the property (issued within 3 months)
- Fixed Asset Tax Evaluation Certificate
- Property floor plan and layout
- Proof of income (withholding slip, tax return, etc.)
Proof of Income
Please submit the following documents at the time of full application.
- Withholding slip (most recent year)
- Pay slips (most recent 3 months)
- Tax return (for self-employed or sole proprietors)
Important Notice (Masking Request)
When submitting documents that include your My Number (individual number), please mask that section so it cannot be seen before submission.
Full Application & Review
After passing pre-screening, we will send the full application documents by mail. Please fill in the required information, sign, and return the documents along with the required real estate documents.
A full review including collateral property evaluation will be conducted. We will notify you of the result by email or phone.
Contract by Mail
After passing the review, we will send contract documents by mail. Please sign and return them.
Collateral Mortgage Registration
After the contract, a mortgage will be registered on the collateral property. We will handle this procedure on your behalf.
Contract & Loan Disbursement
After the contract is complete, the loan funds will be transferred to your designated account.
The estimated time from pre-screening application to disbursement is a minimum of 3 weeks.
Transfer to Designated Account
Loan funds will be deposited into your designated account according to the transfer request form you submitted.
Repayments will begin from the repayment start date after disbursement.
Refinancing and Loan Consolidation
Consolidating multiple loans reduces monthly payments and simplifies management.
Please let us know in advance if you wish to refinance or consolidate loans.
Flexible Use of Funds
Funds can generally be used for any purpose including living expenses, business funds, and real estate investment. We may ask you to confirm the purpose in writing.
Repayment
Repayments are made monthly in equal installments of principal and interest.
You may repay via automatic bank transfer, internet repayment, or other available methods.
Automatic Bank Transfer
On your designated monthly due date, the repayment amount will be automatically deducted from your registered bank account.
No need to transfer manually, and no risk of missing a payment. No fees apply.
Internet Repayment
You can repay at any time via internet banking from your smartphone or computer. This method is also convenient for early repayments.
Early Repayment
Partial or full early repayment is available at any time, without waiting for the scheduled due date. Early repayment reduces future interest costs.
